Year in Review

With the final installment of the Film Misery Awards I have to embarrass myself by point out how few animated, foreign, and documentary films I saw this last year. I sincerely hope to change that this year, especially as more opportunities to see smaller documentary and foreign films arise through platforms like iTunes. Merely by including Herzog and Morris in your list of Feature Doc nominees, you’ve already one-upped the Academy with whatever joke of a list they come up with (‘Cave’ and ‘Tabloid’ failed to make the cut, as did my 2 personal favorite docs ‘The Interrupters’ and ‘Into the Abyss’)

I recommend you check out Winnie the Pooh. I think that one might actually be my favorite Animated film of the year!
