Nice predictions! I’m also hping for Drive to get nominated, I would also like to see Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and 50/50, in a perfect world Warrior. I hope that Mychael Danna wil get a nomination for Moneyball and Bridesmaids could make it into Best Original Screenplay.

If I may give my full opinion; Brad Pitt’s performance in The Tree of Life was the best supporting actor of the year and the best performance of his career; I’m pulling for an Alan Rickman nomination HP 7 Part 2; I actually like J. Edgar and the performances in it; PLEASE NOMINATE TINKER TAILOR SOLDIER SPY, DRIVE, AND THE TREE OF LIFE FOR BEST PICTURE; Andy Serkis deserves something, wether it’s a Best Supporting Actor nod or an honorary award, he really does; TERENCE MALIK! TERENCE MALIK!; Fincher for over two hours is tiring as an audience member, but that’s not a bad thing; The Decendents is overrated, but not highly; I’m guessing eight nominations for Best Picture, too 1. The Artist 2. The Descendants 3. Hugo 4. Midnight in Paris 5. War Horse 6. The Help 7. Moneyball 8. The Tree of Life (If there’s a ninth) 9. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (If there’s a tenth) 10. The Ides of March, but really nominate those in capital letters above, they are amazing. But that is just my opinion.

I can definitely see Rosemarie DeWitt getting a nomination a la Jacki Weaver.
