It has been quiet on Film Misery over the last couple of days because of a packed schedule at my real job and in my personal life and the unfortunate human necessity to receive at least a few hours of sleep. As my schedule begins to lighten up, I will have more time for lengthier posts including reviews of the movies Ruby Sparks, Beasts of the Southern Wild, and The Bourne Legacy and interviews with Ruby Sparks actors and directors. There should also be a new episode of the Film Misery Podcast coming this weekend.
In the meantime I thought I would distract you with something adorable. The Praia de Belas Cineplex in Brazil kicked off a new ad campaign featuring young children dressed as famous movie characters. Laughing Squid gathered up all of the pictures, or you can see them all below. As an expectant father I will admit that there will be lots of this in the future, whether my son wants it or not.
