  • I’m fairly certain the quote is from “Kick-Ass”. If it is, I’m curious to hear your opinion on the film. I thought it was pretty good, a lot of fun. Nothing special, but not bad at all. Chloe Moretz stole the show (Cage was great, too).

  • It is and you will see my full thoughts on my Quick Takes coming this Sunday. I thought it was a fun, upbeat story, but at times it got gratuitously violent – too much even in the name of satire. I also wish that it would have been Hit Girl’s movie and been able to explore her character’s psychology more.

  • True enough. I thought if the movie focused more on the twisted father-daughter duo that was Moretz and Cage that it could have been something special. As it was, solid B-grade entertainment in my book. Hopefully “Scott Pilgrim” will be better, though.

I loved Kick Ass, gave it a 8/10.

Am I the only one that can’t stop being surprised by that blogger’s knowledge of the films that are being produced in almost every country of the world? I was suprised with what he said about Colombia!
