Another night and another precursor. Carey Mulligan and Up in the Air continue their strong run, winning their third and second major precursor award respectively. Carey Mulligan won the British Independent Film Awards earlier today after being selected as Best Actress by the National Board of Review on Thursday. Up in the Air also was selected as Best Film of the Year by the National Board of Review.
